This policy explains what information the Naresh Trading Co. mobile app ("the App") collects, how it's used, and how you can control it. Naresh Trading Co. is an electronics retail & after-sales shop based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with branches in Raipur, Bhilai, and Bilaspur.

Information we collect

• From Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile photo, used to create and identify your account.
• Information you provide: your mobile phone number, address, city, date of birth, and preferred branch — all optional except phone number, which you enter yourself and is not otherwise verified.
• Purchase & order information: orders you place through the App, and their status.
• Invoice & warranty photos: images or PDFs of purchase invoices you choose to upload to your Warranty Vault, stored securely and visible only to you and shop staff.
• Housie/Tambola participation: if the shop runs an in-app Housie game, your generated ticket and claim time.
• Feedback: star ratings and comments you submit about your experience with the shop.

How we use your information

• To operate your account, process orders, and let shop staff follow up with you (e.g. to confirm an order or resolve feedback).
• To store your invoices securely so you can retrieve proof of purchase and warranty details at any time.
• To show you offers, promotions, and Housie games run by the shop.
• To improve the App and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Where your data is stored

The App is built on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage). Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and protected by access rules that restrict it to your own account and authorized shop staff. Your choices

• You can edit or update your profile information at any time from within the App.
• You can delete individual invoices you've uploaded at any time from your Warranty Vault.
• To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact the shop using the details below.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
